Sapphire 藍寶石

Sapphire is named from the Sanskrit sanipriya, meaning 'dear to the planet Saturn, 'and is an important Vedic healing gem. In the West it was used to frighten away demands and evil. Traditionally worn on the right side of the body, it was said to protect its owner from imprisonment and to assist with legal matters. Know as the wisdom stone. Sapphire focuses and calms the mind, releasing unwanted thoughts and metal tension. This stone alleviates depression and spiritual confusion, attracting prosperity and gifts of all kinds. Placed on the throat, it releases frustration and aids self-expression.
